Overview

Information Systems Expo (ISE!) 2022 is an annual event organized by the Himpunan Mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. ISE 2022 has various of events such as :

• A national competition for high school students in Indonesia about information technology and business (Bionix)
• A creative and innovative event that educates Indonesian public about current IT-related issues (ICON)
• A zone featuring a virtual exhibition of authentic works created by Information Systems students and alumni of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), who have achieved outstanding reputations both nationally and internationally (E-hall of IS)

Project Goals

This website was created to facilitate the Information Systems Expo (ISE!) 2022 evet, here are detail "project goals" of ISE! 2022 :

• Created event profile website to promote ISE! 2022 including ISE landing page and its sub events (Bionix, Icon, and E-hall of IS)
• Created multi-form registration page enabling participants to register for various events in ISE! 2022
• Created a user dashboard where participants can monitor event status, task deadlines, task form submission, team information, and any announcement
• Created an admin dashboard to manage user's registered events, verify payment, etc
• Created authentication page including login and sign up where user has to create their account before joining any event

Tech Stack

The tech stack was used for this project were Laravel, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js

My Role

As an expert Frontend staff, I was responsible to mentor 3 junior staff on modern tech stacks, significantly enhancing their skills and improving overall team performance. Additionally, I also developed 4 pages including ISE's landing page, Bionix's landing page, E-hall of IS's landing page, and multi-form registration for Bionix event including validation and integration with backend controller
